Resolutions

Resolutions adopted in 2024 and later, newest first. Each PDF is an accessible text version. Where the signed copy is on file, the PDF transcribes it and the signed original is available from the District office. Where the signed copy is still being filed, the PDF shows the adopted text and notes where the vote is recorded in the meeting minutes; it will be replaced by the signed copy. Older resolutions still in effect will be added as they are reviewed. Every Board action is also recorded in the meeting minutes on our Agendas & Minutes portal.

Ordinances

Ordinances adopted by the Board, oldest first. Many of the older ordinances were incorporated into, amended by, or superseded by the 1994 CPUD Code and later actions, and the District is updating its Code. Accessible copies are being added as they are prepared; until then, copies are available from the District office on request.
