Chester Public Utility District is run by a small staff that operates the water and wastewater systems, handles billing and customer service, and supports the Board of Directors.

Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed for lunch 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.)
