Chester Public Utility District does not have the ability to accept credit or debit card payments directly. To give customers a secure way to pay online or by phone, the District uses Payment Service Network (PSN), a third-party payment company.

Pay online with Payment Service Network (PSN)

When you pay through PSN, you will need:

• Chester Public Utility District's PSN ID: RT20185
• Your account number or service address

There is currently no convenience fee for paying through PSN. If a fee is added in the future, we will post it here before it takes effect.

• By phone through PSN: (877) 885-7968
• By mail: PO Box 503, Chester, CA 96020
• In person: 251 Chester Airport Rd., Chester, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed for lunch 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.)
• Drop box: payment drop box at the District office, 251 Chester Airport Rd.
