When and where the Board meets

Regular Board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month in the District conference room at 251 Chester Airport Road, Chester. The December meeting is held on the third Tuesday. Meetings begin at 4:00 p.m. with closed session, if one is scheduled, and the public session begins at 5:00 p.m. Special meetings are called as needed.

Agendas are posted at least 72 hours before a regular meeting and at least 24 hours before a special meeting, at the District office and on Agendas & Minutes on CivAssist.

How to take part

• Speak at the meeting. During public comment you may address the Board on any item on the agenda and on any other subject within the District's jurisdiction. The Chair may set a reasonable time limit for each speaker. The Board cannot act on items that are not on the agenda, but it can ask staff to follow up or place an item on a future agenda.
• Send a written comment. Mail or drop off your comment at the District office, 251 Chester Airport Road, Chester, CA 96020, or email info@chesterpud.org before the meeting. Please include the meeting date and agenda item.
• Need an accommodation? Agendas are available in other formats on request. If you need a disability-related accommodation to attend or take part in a meeting, please call the District office at (530) 258-2171 as early as possible before the meeting.
