If you are leaving Chester for more than 2 months you might want to have Chester PUD shut off your water.  This will keep you from receiving a bill every month.  There is a shut off and turn on fee, but it is less than 2 months of water and sewer bills.  There is a form to be filled out and it needs to be returned to the Chester PUD office.
