Part of being a Firewise Community we have to show by time and dollars our efforts at wildfire prevention and preparedness. Chester does this every year when residents are doing their spring clean up in their yards. As you are cleaning up please keep track of the hours you spend doing it and any money you spend on it. Dollars spent that count can be anything from buying a new rake to dump fees to hiring someone to do all or part of the work for you.
Please call the Fire Station 258 3456 to report those hours and dollars spent.
THANK YOU!
