This month is Family Emergency Communication Plan. This is a plan put together with all the contact information and phone numbers you may need in an emergency. This includes local family members phone numbers, out of town family phone numbers, someone to be the emergency contact all family members may call to check in with. Should also include your neighborhood family meeting place and an out of the area meeting place. You should also have Doctor's phone numbers, pharmacy and veterinarian numbers. Also have on hand medical insurance, homeowner's and auto insurance numbers. There are worksheets available at the CPUD office to help you if you need help.
